Exchange Policy

To request an exchange, customers must provide a clear, unedited unboxing video showing:The sealed package being openedThe product condition upon arrival
Without this video proof, we will not be able to process any exchange request. - Size Exchange
Exchanges for size are allowed.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges involved in the size exchange process. - Exchange Request Timeframe
All exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
Requests made after this period will not be considered. - Product Condition for Exchange
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
