1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
• Returns are only applicable for damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Worn or washed clothing
• Items without original tags
• Products bought during sale or clearance (if applicable)

3. Return Process

• Email us at support@ritukriti.com with your order details and reason for return.
• Share product images (if damaged/defective).
• Once approved, we will arrange pickup or guide you for return shipping.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be processed after quality check of returned product.
• Amount will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable (if applicable).

5. Exchange Policy

• Exchanges are allowed for size issues (subject to availability).
• Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days.
