1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
• Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. How to Cancel

• Email us at support@ritukriti.com with your order ID.
• Or contact us via customer support.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

• If cancelled successfully, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

4. COD Orders

• For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation must be done before dispatch.
• Repeated cancellations may lead to restriction on future COD orders.

5. Company Rights
Ritukriti reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspicious transactions.
